SciDAVis

SciDAVis is an interactive application aimed at data analysis and publication-quality plotting. This software can combine a shallow learning curve with an intuitive, easy-to-use GUI with powerful features such as extensibility and scriptability.

It is similar in its field of application to proprietary Windows applications like Origin and SigmaPlot, as well as free applications like QtiPlot, Labplot, and Gnuplot.
